Job Descriptions
The community worker engages, individuals, families and stakeholders experiencing a conflict or a problem to repair harm, promote healing and foster positive relationships. This is done in the context of Restorative Circles, Family Group Conferencing and Community Conversations. The caseworker also handles a caseload and adopts a community centric approach where a crisis or a challenge is deescalated to a point where people can make meaningful decisions about their situation with the support of their family, friends and community.

Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Social Work or other relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. Fresh graduates will be considered as well.
- Proven strong presentation and communication skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media.
- Proactivity, self-motivation and the ability to meet deadlines
- Creativity in developing relevant marketing content
- Highly developed project and time management skills
