Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced company driver (advantage with highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant) with a valid Class 3 Driver's License to join our dynamic team. This role combines minor administrative tasks with driving duties, providing a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

- Handle office supply inventory and ensure office equipment is properly maintained.

- Coordinate and support office logistics, including deliveries and errands, using company vehicles.

- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, and data entry etcs.

- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth workflow.

- Drive to various locations for office-related tasks, deliveries, or meetings as required.

Requirements:

- Experienced driving for company private transportation / limousine.

- Possession of a valid Class 3 Driver's License (mandatory).

- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with office equipment and basic administrative procedures.

- Over time required from time-to-time.
