Our client, a reputable Japanese accounting and tax services firm, looking for a Company Secretary to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and draft meeting minutes accurately and promptly
• Handle company registration processes and related administrative tasks such as update ACRA, Biz document update , bank related matters
• Prepare and manage necessary documentation
• Provide support to lawyers as needed
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of Company Secretarial experience
• Experience in a Tax services firm/Law firm or similar industries will be added advantage
