What You Will Do:
Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits program that aligns with our company's strategy and business goals, including salary structures, bonuses, incentives, and employee benefits packages
Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation levels and ensure internal equity
Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to compensation and benefits, and recommend adjustments to programs as necessary
Align compensation programs with recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates
Build collaborative partnerships with external and internal stakeholders and provide C&B recommendations and solutions to HR teams and business departments
Prepare and analyze compensation and benefits reports, including budget forecasts, cost analysis, and employee demographics
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve issues promptly
What We Are Looking For:
At least 4 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or related HR role in the gaming, internet, fintech industries
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and MOM regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Interpersonal and collaborative skills to work well with stakeholders/management team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with teams
