Role Summary:
The Compensation and Benefits Specialist will play a key role in supporting our HR function by managing and optimizing compensation structures, benefits programs, and other reward strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical and strategic thinking to ensure our offerings remain competitive and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Management:
- Assist in developing and maintaining compensation structures, job grading, and salary bands to align with industry standards.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitive positioning within the luxury sector.
- Prepare compensation data and analyses to support HR planning and budget forecasting.
Benefits Administration:
- Oversee and administer employee benefits programs (healthcare, retirement plans, leave policies, etc.), ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to optimize benefit offerings and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Communicate benefits changes and updates effectively to employees.
Policy Development & Compliance:
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies related to compensation, benefits, and rewards.
- Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant labor laws and regulatory standards in Singapore.
Employee Engagement & Support:
- Act as a point of contact for employees on compensation and benefits-related queries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to support employee engagement initiatives and improve the overall employee experience.
Reporting & Data Analysis:
- Generate regular reports and analyses on compensation, benefits utilization, and overall HR expenses.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the luxury, retail, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data accurately.
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws, labor regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a service-oriented mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HRIS systems

Base salary ranges up to $6,500 / month, depending on experiences.
