Key Activities
- Acting as a business partner to businesses to resolve integrity compliance issues and to create solutions which enables the business and at the same time adequately manages integrity compliance risks;
- Draft and finalise policies, procedures, guidance, training and communication materials;
- Design, roll out, implement and test policies, procedures and other relevant compliance activities and initiatives under the Compliance Program;
- Provide advice and guidance on approved policies and procedures under the Compliance Program;
- Provide oversight and guidance of all aspects of the Compliance Program;
- Conduct integrity due diligence for third party or external business partners;
- Conduct training under the Compliance Program;
- Conduct fact-finding investigations to completion;
- Ensure certification of the Compliance Program by external bodies.
Key Outcomes
- There is evidence that a strengthened and enhanced SJ Group compliance program to manage compliance risks in the key focus areas.
