About the Job
The Compliance Officer will support the Compliance Department in ensuring that the company operates within the legal and regulatory framework of our industry. This role involves performing due diligence, assisting in regulatory audits, conducting KYC checks on business partners, and maintaining compliance documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing compliance-related tasks.

- Regulatory Compliance Support: Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- KYC and Due Diligence: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) and due diligence checks on business partners, clients, and vendors to assess and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Policy and Procedure Adherence: Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and standards by conducting regular reviews and following up on corrective actions.
- Record-Keeping and Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities, KYC checks, and related documentation to support audits and regulatory reviews.
- Compliance Audits: Assist in preparing for and conducting internal and external audits to verify adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
- Compliance Reporting: Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings for management review, documenting any issues and proposing recommendations.
- Employee Training and Awareness: Support training sessions on compliance requirements, regulatory updates, and KYC procedures for employees.
- Regulatory Updates: Stay informed of changes in regulatory standards, assist in updating policies, and communicate relevant information to team members.
- Incident Investigation: Support investigations into suspected compliance violations, documenting findings and coordinating with relevant departments to address issues.
The Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, PDPA) and KYC requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well across departments.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
