Work closely with the Compliance Manager to provide oversight over the Organization's adherence to legislative and regulatory standards
Keep abreast of regulatory and legislative changes and provide updates on regulatory changes and/or legislative requirements to management & employees
Conduct process reviews with the Organization to assess effectiveness of internal controls.
Data Protection
Provide guidance and support to the Data Protection committees within the Organization
Evaluate, implement and monitor personal data protection compliance policies, procedures, controls and/or remediation measures.
Education & Awareness
Foster a data protection culture amongst employees and communicate personal data protection policies to stakeholders
Administer and conduct compliance training to employees, and other educational events/ activities to raise awareness on risks, data protection and compliance.
Ad-hoc Duties
Support any other ad-hoc matters as assigned by supervisor and management.
