Key Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in centralizing the department's corporate functions, including but not limited to workforce and workspace management, staff welfare and system user access review and maintenance;
Track and consolidate reports to support senior management reporting;
Support Financial Crime program such as collation and quality check of data for Enterprise-Wide Risk Assessment and MAS data collection;
Maintain various manual registers, including but not limited to internal watchlists and exit registers;
Update and maintain the department's intranet and shared folder accesses;
Provide support to department's annual budget and operational plan exercise, ensuring adherence to approved budget for the financial year;
Support Operational Risk Management efforts within the department;
Assist the team head in managing personnel matters, including tracking headcount, facilitate onboarding and offboarding of staff and promoting employee engagement;
Manage the scheduling and coordination of meetings and
Participate in projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications
Requirements :
At least 5 years experience in administrative and coordination roles.
Meticulous, systematic and organised. Strong time management skills and problem solving abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative tasks.
Ability to engage senior management and collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent in handling varied work tasks of different nature under pressure and accomplish objectives within tight deadlines
Receptive to changes and new tasks
Good written and oral communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office especially Excel.
