Mission description

Acquire knowledge of our clients products, practices, and compliance with regulations, standards, and policies
Gain insight into customer business needs, expectations, limitations, and opportunities
Develop functional and technical requirements
Engage in technical analysis workshops to translate new opportunities into product components and plan project implementations

Devise a strategy and roadmap that meets business requirements aligned with the overall strategy
Foster product development and growth through proof-of-concept
Assist the team in business proposals and produce functional and technical specifications
Utilize new partners and technology to create innovative and competitive solutions
Stay updated on the latest advancements and emerging technologies in computer vision, and explore and propose innovative ideas for application in products and projects

Lead the development of advanced algorithms for image and video processing
Drive the design and implementation of image processing, computer vision, and deep learning technologies, proposing innovative ideas to enhance algorithm performance and efficiency
Collaborate closely with cross-functional software and hardware teams to optimize algorithms for efficient on-device real-time implementation
Lead the evaluation and optimization of algorithms to ensure robust performance across diverse environments and conditions
Provide technical leadership in the integration of algorithms into software systems and platforms, and mentor junior team members

Build industry expertise and contribute to the innovation strategy
Recommend the adoption of new technologies and applications to optimize existing solutions
Scout and test new solutions available on the market

Profile requirements:


Possess an engineering or masters degree in data science, computer science, or information systems.
Proven experience in developing computer vision applications.
Understanding of the complete camera/video processing pipeline, including lens distortion, sensor calibration, and focus.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in the IT industry.
Familiarity or hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience or keen interest in managing data projects.
Acquainted with data science modeling techniques or related fields.
Basic software skills and knowledge, including proficiency in at least one programming language and software release management.
Experience in MLOps and DevOps, including tools like Docker and Ansible.
Proficiency with Git and release management processes.
Demonstrable skills in adopting a customer-centric approach.
Knowledgeable about agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Fluent in english.
French is a plus.
