We are looking for a Computer Vision Lead with good technical experience to produce the design of computer vision solution for Smart robot project and support core team (robotic, architect, ) in designing and deploying the first version of the product (MVP).
Understand business requirement:

Design the solution:
· Design strategy and roadmap that fulfils the business requirements aligned with the organizations strategy
· Enable development and growth of products through proof-of-concept
· Leverage new partners and technology to build innovative and competitive solution
· Support team in business proposal
· Produce functional and technical specifications
· Stay abreast of the latest advancements and emerging technologies in computer vision, and proactively explore and propose innovative ideas for application in our products and projects.
Lead and participate in the development:
· Lead the development of advanced algorithms for image and video processing
· Drive the design and implementation of image processing, computer vision and deep learning technologies, proposing innovative ideas to enhance algorithm performance and efficiency and to address real-world data challenges.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional software and hardware teams to optimize algorithms for efficient on-device real-time implementation, considering both computational and memory constraints.
· Lead the evaluation and optimization of algorithms to ensure robust performance across diverse environments and conditions.
· Provide technical leadership in the integration of algorithms into software systems and platforms, collaborating with robotic, architect and software engineers to achieve seamless integration and functionality.
· Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and expertise in algorithm development, computer vision, and deep learning technologies.
Contribute to the Innovation strategy of the organization:
· Build industry expertise and become a contributor to the organizations innovation strategy
· Recommend adoption of new technologies and applications to optimize existing solutions
· Scout and test new solutions available on the market
_Mandatory:_
· Engineering or masters degree in data, computer science & information systems
· 10 years in IT and/or digital companies or software
· Experience in Computer vision development
· Knowledge of the whole Camera/Video pipeline (lense distortion, sensor calibration, focus, )
· Knowledge or experience with Microsoft Azure
· Experience or interest in data project management
· Familiarity with Data Science modeling techniques or similar field
· Basic Software skills and knowledge, including at least one coding language and software release management
· Experience in MLOps and DevOps including docker and ansible
· Experience with git and release management
· Demonstrable skills in customer-centric approach
· Knowledgeable on agile practices.
· Great communication and presentation skills.
· Experience in working in a fast-paced team culture.

· Experience with AIML and Big Data technologies like Jupyter Notebook, Hadoop, PySpark, HIVE
· Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, HBase, Vector databases is good to have
· Experience with common data science toolkits, such as TensorFlow, KERAs, PyTorch, PANDAs, Microsoft CNTK, NumPy, OpenCV
· Good understanding of network related protocols like TCP/IP stack, DHCP, UDP, DNS
