Job Description

Concierge for CEO Office

Key Responsibilities:

I. Operational Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Provide concierge services, including restaurant recommendations and reservations
  • Assist with special requests from executives and VIP clients
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the CEO's office
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the CEO's office

II. Hospitality and Guest Service Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, etc.) for the CEO and guests
  • Arrange and set up meeting rooms for executive meetings
  • Coordinate catering for meetings and events
  • Greet and assist high-profile visitors and guests
  • Apply banquet knowledge for high-level functions

III. Qualifications and Additional Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury concierge services, or as a personal assistant to high-net-worth individuals
  • Must have banquet knowledge and experience
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with high-level executives
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work extended hours when required
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of business etiquette and protocol
