WHAT'S THE JOB
This Job is required for the supervision of the Assistant Concierge and all Bell staff. This is where the information or encyclopaedia in tourism and help comes under for queries that come from tourist and local that is living in the hotel or the public. Any trouble or queries, they will directly report to the Chief Concierge. This job applied to all full service and all rounded hotels around the world.
Your day-to-day
- Supervise and direct Asst. Concierge and Bell staff and activities. Able to provide guests with prompt service, professional attention and personal recognition
- Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests
- Ensure a welcoming sense of arrival and demonstrate a sincere farewell while also ensuring the lobby, driveway, and Concierge area's appearance reflect highly on the hotel and Company
- Trained on systems, security, and service and quality standards in accordance with the Brand Standards
- Maintains adequate supply of operational tools, stationery etc.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Great communication skills. Must speak fluent English and local language with other additional languages preferred
- At least 4 years experience in an upscale hotel/equivalent environment as a Concierge or related discipline
- Membership of Les Clefs dr preferable
- Computer literate (excel, word, office)
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds
