We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Condominium Manager to join our team! As a key member of our community management staff, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the condominium
- Engage and manage service providers for repairs and maintenance as directed
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvements
- Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular physical checks and site walk
- Convene and attend all meetings prepare minutes and reports for meeting
- Manage budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
- Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering/related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Several years of successful condo management experience will be a plus
- Mature and independent with the ability to lead team to drive results
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy
- Knowledge of BMSMA & understanding of general building defects will be a plus
- Candidate with certificate in Managing Agent Practice will have an added advantage
- Diligent, well organized and committed to excellence
