Condominium Manager / Island wide / MNC

Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the real estate industry. They are looking for a Condominium Manager to assist their team for the next phase of their business.

Responsibilities:

• On site management and maintenance of different properties
• Day to day operation of all matters relating to maintenance/management of Condo's facilities and operations
• Regular meetings with the management
• Administration and management of contracts
• Attending to queries from owners
• Liaising with contractors
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experiences
