Conference Producer/Conference Manager

We're looking for a Conference Producer (we call them a Conference Manager) to join our team to produce two exciting events for 2025. You should have a minimum of 1 years experience working as a Conference Producer (or similar) to apply for this role.

Let me start by explaining a little more about Terrapinn Singapore - part of the global Terrapinn Group, our Singapore business runs around 12 large scale events a year across Asia. We run them across a variety of subject areas: Telecoms, solar & energy, hospitality, education, finance, rail, roads, mobility and more. Attendance at our events tends to be between 1,000 - 15,000 people.

Our Conference Managers curate the content of our events and secure the best speakers in the business.

You'll be be reading a lot, identifying trends and finding innovative leaders in the space your event covers. Then you'll be inviting them to speak, so natural networkers and persuasive people, offline and online, are highly successful. And then you'll be managing the content delivery at the event and seeing your hard work in action!

When you start out, you may know very little about your event sector. That's no problem! As part of this process you'll become an expert, you'll become highly connected and well respected in the industry. You'll be on first name terms with the C-Suite of many of the region's leading players in your event space. And all in a very short time frame. Don't panic, you'll be supported, trained and guided through the whole process - the whole team is working towards the success of the event.

We have a great working environment with plenty of opportunities. We do lots as a team and offer a mix of home and office working with 3 days a week in the office together and 2 days a week from home. Since we recruit bright, interesting people we have a lot of fun working together.
