Constituency Manager (Contract/East)

This is a temporary monthly-rated position attached to a Community Club in the East. Location: Tampines

Duration: 06 months to 01 year

Job Scope

-Assist to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of Grassroots Organisations (GROs) and the community. Attend monthly meetings of the GROs assigned and take follow-up actions.

-Provide administrative and logistical support and guidance to the GROs to facilitate effective implementation of their activities.

-Mobilise residents to participate in national campaigns and projects

- Assist Constituency Managers in organising community outreach and projects, including sub-group activities.

- Provide information and handle enquiries on CC services to the general public.

- Promote CC membership scheme/activities/courses/events

- Other administrative, business development and operations duties as assigned.

-Degree or Diploma

Working Hours/Days

Monday to Sunday: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend, either Saturday or Sunday (5 day work week)

AM shift: 9am to 6pm

PM shift: 1pm to 10pm

OFF Days: 1 weekday and either weekend

Monthly Pay Range $2,800 to $3,500
