Job Description

Position Title: CONSTRUCTION CHARGEHAND

Work Location: Islandwide

Work Days per Week: 6 Days

Job Descriptions:

- to conduct toolbox meeting everyday.

- prepare RA for projects on a monthly or request basis.

- conduct safety inspection daily x 2 sites a day.

- prepare the report for safety inspection (a few photos taken, what is done well and what needs corrected, any workers to highlight for safety breach etc).

- ferry workers to site if necessary, help collect materials and send to site if necessary (such as lockset, tools, etc basically as a support vehicle).

- attend meetings and appointment with PM.

- coordinate approved works.

- site survey measurements with clients when safety things are done.

- adhoc work if they want to work on sunday such as painting jobs, assisting workers etc (if they want to work on sunday).

Job Requirements:

- Advanced WSH certificate.

- Class 3 driving licence.

- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
