Develop detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and time management.
Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations.
Implement quality assurance processes to ensure that all construction activities meet industry standards and project requirements.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment needed for construction projects.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to protect workers and minimize accidents, conducting regular safety inspections.
Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction, whether related to materials, scheduling, or unexpected site conditions.
Track project progress, including labor and material usage, to ensure milestones are met and adjust plans as necessary.
Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, including contracts, change orders, and correspondence, for accountability and transparency.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and subcontractors, providing updates and addressing concerns throughout the project.
Requirements:
Min Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Min 3 -5 years of experience as a Construction Engineer in a construction or healthcare projects
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise confidently with stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate work under tight deadlines.
Willing to relocate to Hong Kong during project duration.
