Roles & Responsibilities
Working under the Project Manger to complete the project on time, which include: -
- Check and monitoring of site progress and resolving of site issues with clients
- Follow up with factory for production order, delivery schedule, etc
- Update QS on progressive claim, variation order, etc
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Advantage if with experience using computers.
- Willing to start work at 7 am as per project requirement
- Willing to do overtime and work weekends on a regular basis
- Foster positive communications and relationships with vendors, clients & Team members MOSTLY Foreign Workers.
- Willing to Be hands on when needed for the work porgress.
- Wiling to be exposed to exposed weather due to site requirement.
