Job Description:
1. Assist in work scheduling, material requisition planning and project supervision, responsible for the organization and supervision of all site work in cooperation. Lead teams to perform and deliver on time in accordance with project master programme.
2. Monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations including site progress, quality ,safety and project cost monitoring.
3. Compilation of the construction plan MOS. Implementation of project management system and quality management system.
4. Plan and ensure daily manpower is sufficient to fulfil project deliveries and installation.
5. Monitor equipment usage and allocation.
6. Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day-to-day running of all matters related to the construction of the project, including developing and monitoring budgets, coordinating activities with other sub-contractors.
7. Ensure construction projects are completed within timeframe in a cost effective manner.
8. Ensure the smooth progress and completion of projects within cost, time and the highest quality standards.
9. Supervise and lead a team of (est 200) workers in daily operation.
10. Liaise with Authorities, Consultants and Subcontractors to ensure compliance, submission and obtaining of approval for the timely completion of project.
11. Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection.
12. Conduct safety and environmental risk assessment of projects handled.
13. Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
14. Attend project meetings.
15. Has experience with carpentry & rebar works.
16. Identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
17. Any other ad hoc duties assigned.
Requirment:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in structuring and engineering, HDB project etc.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Able to lead teams and manage effectively
4. Able to perform work overtime including weekends, follow the site schedule.
