Supervise direct workers and provide instructions to subcontractors.
Coordinate with land surveyors and subcontractors to ensure accurate setting-out work.
Liaise with the Qualified Person (Supervision) [QP(S)] representative to maintain high standards of workmanship and confirm that work complies with contract specifications for quality control.
Arrange inspections of site work with the QP(S) representative.
Organize and supervise housekeeping and safety practices on-site.
Manage and minimize material wastage and prevent unproductive deployment of workers.
Report daily manpower and machinery usage to the Project Manager.
Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health policies.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Construction, Building, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction site work.
Positive attitude with strong teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and dependable.
Ability to multitask and work effectively within tight schedules.
