Responsible for ALL M&E Construction Activites on Site reporting to Project Manager .
Manage construction activities and progress independently.
Able to understand M&E drawings, specifications and requirements.
Attend project kick off meeting, project team meeting, etc and updates on progress.
Monitor all site staff, workers and subcontractor performance.
Control materials, tools and equipment ordered and delivered.
Ensure all discrepancies in drawings must be identified and cleared with consultants prior to site job progress.
Manage all project schedules.
Prepare and routinely upkeep Project Construction Plan, site access plan, hoisting plan, temporary utilities plan, temporary office, holding areas, etc.
Ensure adequate quality control measures either via on-site/off-site inspection and all completion/pre-handover inspections.
Check that approved /correct materials are used within specifications/certifications submitted, recorded and approved.
Job Requirements:
Min. Degree in Electrical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Extensive experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience in LTA Infrastructure Projects for M&E Systems.
Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of employees.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to work on initiatives and to work as a team.
