CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Skills and experiences required

. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry in Singapore

. Demonstrated experience in managing and co-ordinating large-scale construction projects effectively, within budget and timeline, performing as a Project Manager role

. Willing to work extended hours and/or on weekends & public holidays when urgently required

. A team player with initiative, drive and a positive attitude

. Possess Construction Safety Course for Project Manager Certificate (CSCPM)

. Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred

. Preferably able to commence immediately

Duties & Responsibilities

. Able to plan, oversee and manage all phases of company construction projects

. Develop and maintain project schedule, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while adhering to local building regulations and safety requirements.

. Provide the direction in construction planning to ensure overall construction progress is based on schedule of works.

. Manage Client relationship and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

. Manage all coordination and communications with Consultants, Architects, Subcontractors and authorities (BCA, URA, etc) to ensure smooth project execution

. Monitor project costs and implement effective cost control measures

. Oversee project documentation including Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP) and Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC)

. Lead and motivate project teams

Qualifications & Other requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or its equivalent
• At least 6 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of LTA regulations and BCA standards.
• MS Office at least to intermediate level
