To liaise with consultants, clients and subcontractors to all site related issues.
To supervise and ensure works are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
Prepare method statement, shop drawings, installation / T&C check sheets, work progress report and other relevant documents for related works with project teams.
To direct the daily activities of workers under his supervision. Brief the foremen and workers for every new job and monitor the progress with regular check to ensure satisfactory quality.
Regular check on workers punctuality and be aware of the accommodation & transport arrangement.
Always advise workers to take necessary safety precautions and work safely.
To report immediately any accidents, schedule falling behind, damage of equipment, etc
Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants on preparation and submission of shop drawings.
