Construction Resident Technician (RTO)

The employer is a construction company.

Supervision of construction:

- Ensure that all waterproofing work is carried out in accordance with the design specifications and quality standards.

- Technical guidance: Provide waterproofing technical guidance to the construction team and solve technical problems arising on site.

- Quality inspection: Regularly check the waterproofing materials and construction quality to ensure that there are no leakage problems.

- Coordination and communication: Communicate with project managers, designers and other relevant parties to ensure the smooth progress of waterproofing work.

- Records and reports: Record construction progress and quality, write reports regularly, and report work progress and problems.

- This position requires a deep understanding of waterproofing materials and construction methods, as well as good communication and coordination skills.
