Construction Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of structural, architectural, plumbing & sanitary and mechanical & electrical works associated with landed housing construction
• Planning, work scheduling and reporting of site progress
• Liaising with consultants and clients ensuring that the work is carried out smoothly in accordance with the specifications
• Coordinating and supervising team and ensuring compliance and timely completion of all works
• Managing subcontractors and suppliers that their works are carried out effectively and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with all authorities requirements especially safety and pest control

Requirements

• Min. 15 years local experience in building residential landed projects in Singapore
