Construction Technical Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

. Coordinate with principals, sales, project team and clients to produce valued engineering design & construction documents.

. Strong knowledge of building/Faade systems

. Plan concept design by studying construction specifications and material details.

. Prepare 2D & 3D Detail Drawings with Autocad.

. Well organize design drawing sets.

. Obtain approvals from clients with concept drawings.

. Preparation of Shop, Construction and As-built drawings.

. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops.

. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

. Degree in Engineering related to Construction sector.

. Well versed with Autodesk Autocad software.

. Good verbal, written and graphic communication skills.

. Able to communicate well in English.

. Self-motivated and enjoys contributing to highly collaborative teams

. Possess initiative & good working attitude

. Flexible and well-rounded to accommodate shifting schedules, project demands, multiple time zones, and deadlines.
