Job Description

1. Accounting

  • Financial Reporting: Preparing accurate financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow) in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
  • Management Accounting: Providing insights into cost management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Audits & Internal Controls: Supporting the preparation for external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.

2. Tax

  • Tax Compliance: Ensuring the client is compliant with tax laws and regulations, filing tax returns, and submitting documentation as required by the tax authorities.
  • Tax Planning & Strategy: Offering advice on tax-saving opportunities, structuring transactions to optimize tax liabilities, and guiding clients on issues like VAT/GST, corporate tax, and international tax.
  • Transfer Pricing: Assisting multinational clients with the documentation and compliance requirements around intra-group pricing.
  • Tax Disputes & Advisory: Helping clients manage and resolve disputes with tax authorities or appeal decisions when necessary.

3. Secretarial

  • Corporate Governance: Advising clients on corporate governance best practices and ensuring that companies comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., Companies Act).
  • Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to legal obligations, such as maintaining statutory registers, filing required documents with regulatory bodies, and reporting any corporate changes.
  • Corporate Secretarial Services: Handling the preparation and filing of board resolutions, minutes, and shareholder agreements managing shareholding registers and other corporate records.
