You will be part of our growing consulting business at Forvis Mazars with opportunities for growth and development in the areas of Finance Process and Technology Transformation. You will be part of our core delivery team that helps clients navigate through complex changes, identify transformation, process optimization opportunities and deliver successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
Program Delivery: Working closely with our delivery team on the following:
Assessing current state (policies, process and systems) and identify areas of inefficiencies
Documentation of as-is state processes in a logical flows and narratives;
Evaluate and identify solutions for client to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of process.
Prepare stakeholder engagement materials for program delivery
Support any other projects (sustainability, controls review, policy development) as part of overall transformation program
Digital & Technology: Assisting clients to align processes with digital and technology enablers, implementation or configuration of solutions. This could include ERP systems, finance eco-system technologies, robotic process automation, data analytics platform and other emerging technologies. Specifically (not limited to):
Develop user requirements documentation and process design documents (business flows, data and technology relationships)
Evaluate technology feasibility working with business and technology to determine solution outcome
Act is subject matter expert to facilitate development to user acceptance testing of technologies
Stakeholder Management: Engage with key client stakeholders to ensure the overall strategy, process and technology requirements are identified and align with program objectives.
Requirements
Tertiary education in related discipline (Accounting & Finance, Risk Management, Business related) with minimally 2 - 3 years experience preferably in a consulting or fast pace environment.
Highly motivated, possess good level of enthusiasm and ability to work independently with use of technology and solutions.
Experience internal auditors / process and controls specialist is an added advantage
Ability to multi-task and experience in managing a portfolio of projects.
Willing to expand your horizon, with travels regionally where the work require.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate with different stakeholders via traditional and interactive methods.
