CONSULTATION MANAGER

Job Summary

MTWOSG PTE LTD is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultation Manager to oversee our consultation services for international students, their parents, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our home stay and guardianship services, ensuring the well-being and support of students, and maintaining strong relationships with schools and families.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition

- Identify and engage potential clients from abroad.

- Promote MTWOSG's home stay and guardianship services to ensure a safe and supportive environment for students living with us.

2. Collaboration with Schools

- Work closely with schools to introduce and explain our services.

- Establish partnerships with educational institutions to enhance the support system for international students.

3. Consultation Services

- Provide consultation to schools, parents, and companies regarding procedures and processes for students living and studying in Singapore.

- Offer guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition and integration for international students.

4. Relationship Management

- Maintain strong and positive relationships with schools, parents, and students.

- Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

- Regularly communicate with all stakeholders to assess satisfaction and areas for improvement.

5. Service Quality Assurance

- Ensure the highest standards of safety, support, and care for students.

- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of our services.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Education, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a consultation or management role, preferably within the education or guardianship sector.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with the needs and challenges of international students living abroad.

Additional Requirements

- Willingness to travel for client acquisition and school collaboration.

- Knowledge of the Singapore education system and regulatory requirements for international students is a plus.

- Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
