Contact Centre Agent (Shift, East)

• Response incoming calls and respond to customer's emails
• Handle customers complaints and feedback with a good closure
• Ensure timely resolution by following up on cases.

Requirements:

• GCE O Level and above
• At least 2 years of experience in Contact Centre environment.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
