What are we expecting the successful candidate to handle

• Provide excellent quality services to handle inbound calls
• Assist patient in scheduling appointment
• Liaise with the internal department to solve patient enquiries and problem
• Provide administrative support to the department

We are seeking a candidate with:-

• GCE N/O Level and above
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in call centre/customer service or other related field
• With excellent communication/customer service skills
