Job Scope
. Answering incoming calls from parents with enquiries on fees and centre related matters
. Liaise with departments or centres to answer the parents enquiries
. Analyze customer issues and assist in resolving within the required timeframe
. Maintain accuracy of data
. Ensure achievement of deadlines within the required timeframe
. Deliver any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
. Minimum O Level holder
. At least 1-2 years experience in contact centre environment
. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
