In this position you will....
Be a key member of the communications team working across geographies as you support the group worldwide in producing impactful and engaging content across a broad mix of multimedia formats and channels, and a variety of topics.
You will be tasked with creating content for key stakeholder groups, telling the story of the company, both online and offline, inside and outside of the company. You will manage the production of creative corporate and marketing communications, lead content strategy, planning, maintenance, production and management across the companys own channels, and earned media.
You will be responsible for
Content development, coordination, and management of communications across a range of traditional and new media formats, including websites, videos, campaigns, social media posts, infographics, with a flair for creativity and bringing the brand to life
Management of content on platforms including website CMS, lead on social media channels LinkedIn and YouTube.
Management of supporting agencies (design, video production, translation, PR) and vendors
Creative support and/or conceptualisation of the production of multi-media assets and projects for the Group, including copywriting and editing, and researching and generating thought-leadership
Being the lead for script writing and speech writing, newsletters for executive communications. Supporting other communications including liaising with industry commentators and opinion leaders to develop and contribute to thought-leadership such as industry studies, reports, awards submissions, etc.

You will require the following qualifications and skills
Bachelors degree or above
English language fluency. Additional languages are a plus.
At least 5 years experience in communications field i.e. PR, journalism, research, digital and marketing content.
International experience working across cultures and geographies
Experience in content creation for business audiences including professional/publishing-level copywriting
Digitally savvy with PowerPoint, content management and digital design software
Ability to work at speed and multi-task with attention to detail
Positive, problem-solving, own it attitude, always looking for ways to improve our communications and learn new skills and platforms.
Stakeholder management skills in providing content advice, taking briefs, researching, leading stakeholder interviews and collaborating with subject matter experts
Pro-active, self-starter and quick learner able to grasp complex corporate strategies and organisational structures
