What does aContent Creator do at Hogarth
The role of the Content Creator will involve working with the social pod team to create authentic, socially native content across a portfolio of clients, from brief through to delivery. You will focus on creating best in class content for various platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Threads, Twitch), and will be responsible for the ideation, capture and post-production of each asset. You will work closely with the social strategist, creative and producer, in order to produce best-in-class content in an agile way.
Reporting lines and keystakeholders
You will report to the Creative Director, whilst working closely with the social pod leads.
Responsibilities
- Collaboration with the social pod (yourself, social creative, social producer and social strategist)
- Support with strategic insights creative development, pre-prod, capture and post across projects
- Ideate, illustrate and present concepts for social assets, collaborating on deck creation
- Capture (and sometimes feature within) content based on the approved creative and be responsible for editing of said assets
- Where a larger team is involved, collaborate with videographers, stylists and editors to ensure the creative vision comes to life
- Make sure that the assigned projects are created in an agile, social-first way, and delivered on time
- Maintain communication with the social pod and wider content production team
- Be responsible for checking that all material needed to undertake a job has been requested and is on the system in the correct place
Requirements
- Strong experience in content creation (capture/post etc)
- Knowledge of both content (stills and moving image) production and post-production workflows
- In-depth knowledge of social platforms, capabilities, formats and best practices (inclusive of YouTube, IG, FB, Twitter, TikTok, Threads, Twitch & Snapchat)
- Support and solicit input from team members at all levels
- Great interpersonal skills
