Job Responsibilities:
- Develop content for company's Business Messaging products
- Coordinate approvals and alignment with a broad range of stakeholders
- Plan, write, edit, test and improve content across company's experiences
- Help apply and maintain consistency with content standards
- Collaborate with product designers, researchers, marketing, product managers and engineers to serve a global content audience
- Independently and proactively work on projects that span multiple teams
- Share your work and give feedback to teammates
- Execute the above in a deadline-driven environment
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 7+ years experience as a content strategist, content designer or UX writer from Tech companies.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables
- Proven track record for designing and delivering customer-focused product content
- Experience working in design tools, such as Figma, Sketch or Origami
- Must be able to manage ambiguity, prioritize work and improvise in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working directly with product teams, including UX/product designers, researchers, and product managers
