Role Summary:

As a Content Producer at MINISTRY, you are an essential partner for the creative and production teams. You will manage a number of different social content-related projects. From assessing creative requirements, advising on production feasibility, and managing all aspects from pre-production planning until delivery. You are instrumental in ensuring the creative work is delivered to the highest standard on time and budget.

You are a creative and meticulous producer with a knack for project planning and management. With a genuine enthusiasm for creative production, an eye on storytelling techniques and driven by processes. You are well-versed across multiple social media platforms and understand the ins and outs of social content production.

It is a full-time role based in Singapore, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. You will report to the Growth and Client Director at MINISTRY.

What you will be doing:

Workload Allocation and Management

• Day-to-day work allocations, resource planning and management on behalf of the production team
• Coordinate with the client services and social management teams on project prioritisation, production timelines and deliverables

Projects and Production Management

• Translate creative ideas into production requirements
• Develop and manage timelines and scheduling based on production requirements and deliverables
• Be the primary POC between clients, external production partners and internal agency teams when it comes to production-related matters
• Responsible for putting together production timelines, call sheets, cost estimates and budget trackers

Vendor Management

• Source, liaise and manage 3rd party production partners and vendors where needed
• Manage all finance matters for vendor payments

What we are looking for:

Education and Experience

• At least two years of experience working in an Agency/Production Company as a Producer
• Experienced working with creatives and account servicing teams, as well as external production partners

Technical and Creative Skills

• An eye for creative storytelling
• Thorough knowledge of film/video/content production as well as production roles, functions, capabilities and processes
• Knowledge of camera operations and having managed video productions would be advantageous
• Being familiar with using project management software such as Monday.com, Float, and Asana would be beneficial
• Good with numbers and budget management

Soft Skills

• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and interaction
• Good at multitasking and handling multiple projects at once, without compromising on timelines and budgets
• Resourceful and solutions-oriented
• Well-organised with attention to details
