Join our cutting-edge Content Lab at Colgate-Palmolive as a Content Production Manager and become an essential part of a dynamic team redefining brand experiences through exceptional digital content. In this vital role, you will orchestrate the operational and production aspects of our creative initiatives, liberating our artists and strategists to focus their talents on innovation and design. Reporting to the Director of Content & Growth, you will stitch together strategic vision with flawless execution to propel the impact of our globally renowned brands.

Primary Responsibilities:


Content Production Management & Trafficking:

Act as the operational linchpin within the Content Lab, streamlining project pipelines and ensuring the seamless delivery of creative services.

Skillfully manage content production workflows, coordinating between Content Strategists, Art Directors, and other stakeholders to align schedules, process briefs, and direct the flow of production requests.

Maintain an eagle-eye view of all incoming creative briefs, certifying their readiness for creative development and ensuring timely project commencement.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, contracting and managing external partners such as agency teams, production crews, and talent.

Administer the content production budget and oversee the stewardship of content studio assets.

Cooperate with the Senior Digital Art Director to guarantee the high-caliber creation and delivery of content projects and to monitor quality control.

Creative & Content Operations:

Command the end-to-end digital content delivery process, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and high-quality asset management post-project completion.

Establish, refine, and enforce efficient workflow processes that standardize and streamline operations from concept to completion.

Provide authoritative oversight for creative operations, centralizing master asset management.

Foster collaborative relationships with local teams and agencies, underpinning top-tier project delivery and performance tracking.

Agency & Partner Relationship Management:

Cultivate and sustain relationships with agencies and partners, actively managing portfolios to ensure readiness for project mobilization.

Develop a robust resource pool of preferred partners and freelance talent, and manage ongoing engagement and performance evaluation.

Initiate and guide the onboarding process for new agency partners, including brand immersion and procedural education.

Productivity Tools & Training:

Oversee the management of Digital Asset Management (DAM : Bynder) systems and other productivity applications.

Evaluate and introduce creative measurement platforms appropriate for regional use, spearheading their implementation.

Align with global counterparts, including the Content Director, to ensure consistency with global initiatives.

Coordinate and facilitate training sessions with subject matter experts to bolster team skill sets and system proficiencies.

About You:


Proactive, detail-oriented, and adept in digital landscapes, with a strong capacity to adapt to new challenges.

Possessing a talent for optimizing team dynamics, resource planning, and talent allocation.

Exceptional at managing digital-focused projects and programs, with a history of successful stakeholder engagement in corporate and agency settings.

Knowledgeable in creative production, with hands-on experience in fields such as digital content creation or video commercial shoots.

Embracing a solution-focused and proactive mindset.

Exhibiting exceptional teamwork abilities and cultivating robust partner relations.

A passion for advancing creative excellence and contributing to the health, beauty, and wellbeing of consumers.

At least 7-10 years of professional experience in roles such as Project Management, Product Ownership, or Account Direction, with a focus on delivery.

Able to deal with the ambiguity and dilemma on driving creative content and innovative mindset with the stakeholders.

As an integral member of the Brand Design & Omni-channel Experience Team for the APAC region (excluding China), you'll contribute to a portfolio revered worldwide. Colgate-Palmolive's brands span Home Care, Oral Care, Personal Care, and Pet Care, occupying a presence in 75% of homes globally. Your work will influence the full spectrum of brand dynamics, from emotional elements to visual identities, shaping experiences across our celebrated array of over 20 brands.
