Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative Content Strategist to lead the development of compelling content across all our digital platforms. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing content strategies that align with BeFound Studios mission and brand voice. You will work closely with our marketing, creative, and skincare analyst team to craft engaging content that educates, inspires, and converts audiences, while driving brand awareness and client engagement.
This is a work-from-office position, and you will thrive in our start-up environment where collaboration, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are key. You will work closely with a passionate and creative team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values innovation and hands-on contributions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive content strategy that supports business goals for different brands (BeFound Skincare, BeFound Bridal and rei Color Analysis) from brand storytelling to lead generation.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of various forms of content across different social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Telegram) to enhance engagement and growth.
- Audience Insights: Understand and segment our target audience, tailoring content to meet their needs and align with their beauty education journey.
- Analytics: Implement best practices to optimize content performance, track KPIs, and report on content effectiveness and ROI.
- Social Media Management: Develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across all platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity.
- Content Calendar: Build and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely, relevant, and strategic content releases that resonate with the target audience.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies to inform and adjust content plans for maximum relevance and impact.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager, or similar role in the beauty, wellness, or fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of content (awareness driven vs conversion driven) and digital trends on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates creativity and ability to craft engaging narratives.
- Familiarity with analytics on various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Insights)
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Creative and proactive problem-solver, with a passion for beauty, skincare, and empowering individuals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Able to work on Saturdays (5.5 days work week)
