Lead CI initiatives such as cost saving, yield improvement, Human Resource Management, etc. and share such practices with AP Technologies facilities overseas.
Implement Lean manufacturing principles and best practices to drive process improvements across all production lines.
Documentation Control
Develop Production procedural documentation, WI and standards that meet the quality standards and requirements.
Provide training to Operations teams ensuring consistent application of work procedure and quality standards.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with the R&D team to introduce new technologies and innovations to manufacturing process.
Reporting and KPI
Report monthly CI & KPI performance.
Report any abnormality to Immediate Reporting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with minimum 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving, organisational, and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
