Job Scope

. Responsible for accounts receivable/payable

. Monitoring AR ageing reports and follow up on accounts receivable

. Assisting in monthly reconciliation such as bank, inventory, account payable reconciliation

. Performing quarterly GST reconciliation and submission

. Handling inter-company billing and settlements

. Handling company full-set of accounts

. Preparation of audit schedules and liaise with auditor

. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

. Must have experience and able to handle full set of accounts.

. N/O Level/ Nitec/ Dip/Degree all ok

. Able to commence immediately, no long holiday

. Minimum LCCI/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting and/or audit experience

. SAP B1 knowledge preferred
