Job Description

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Location: Central, Singapore (Near MRT)

Salary: Up to $2,800/month

Job Type: Contract (3-6 months)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily operations on a short-term contract basis. The role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and scheduling tasks as assigned
  • Assist with updating and maintaining spreadsheets and records
  • Support office operations with general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or similar support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Immediate availability preferred
