Job Description

Description

  • Provide admin support to sales and marketing team
  • Prepare sales reports for internal stakeholders, suppliers & customers
  • Process sales orders / sales return
  • Monitoring, tracking and updating of all shipments on daily basis
  • Inventory codes creation and system management
  • Attend to stakeholder & customer enquiries and feedback
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N level
  • Must be computer literate
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Independent

Contract period: 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Aug 2025
