Job Description
Manage correspondence with internal and external teams regarding the timely pricing and agreement of variations, effective handling of contract charges, and early settlement of disputes / claims.
- Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance to project requirements and local building & construction regulations.
- Support the evaluation and communication of project variations.
- Assist with valuation of works done by vendors and arrange for payments.
- Assist with contract administration and settlement of contractual disputes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience of contract quantity surveying duties for construction related projects.
- Ideally will have proven experience in multiple related sectors.
