Job Description

  • Tampines
  • Monday - Friday: 9.15 am to 4.45 pm Every Saturday: 9.15 am to 12.15 pm

  • Objective - To be based at bank branch and encourage/guide customers to use online banking
  • Migrate/ guide customers to perform transactions
  • Assist customers with general product enquiries and form filling
  • Administrative duties of filing, scanning of documents, document checking etc.

Requirements

  • Min N levels and above
