Job Description
- Administer high volume of incoming phone calls and emails on a daily basis
- Handling enquiries/ feedbacks
- Registration of visitors at the counter
- Must be able to commit to OT when business needs arises
- Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement
- Min. O Levels and above
- Candidates with some customer service experience will be advantageous
