- Location is at Changi Business Park - Comapny transport provided from Jurong East MRT, Bouna Vista MRT, Tanah Merah MRT, City Hall MRT, Woodlands MRT, Ang Mo Kio MRT, Serangoon MRT & Seng Kang MRT
- Provide sales and service assistance for customer
- Ensure that all service queries are resolved timely
- Resolve sales problems by identifying and selecting solutions from acquired technical experience and precedent
- Deliver quality service to customers and refer potential customers to Managers
- Assist in meeting overall branch sales and service goals
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
