Responsibilities
- Responsible for property management & operation tracking, updating and filing (IMS)
- Handle enquiries and feedback from tenants
- Maintain proper records of documents, plans, drawings, staff leave, etc
- Respond to booking of meeting room and taking minutes of meetings
- Tracking of inventories and handing / taking over notification and call centre feedback
- Compile incident reports and issuance of works order
- Assist Property Executive to prepare master maintenance schedule, contractor performance report, monthly meeting reports, etc.
- Assist in closing works order
- Other administrative support as and when required

Requirements
- GCE O Levels or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications
- Team player, meticulous and customer service oriented with excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
