IN-HOUSE CLEANERS
=DREAMS (Singapore) Limited is a first-of-its-kind secular, co-ed weekday residential model that provides after-school academic and holistic support to promising and aspiring children from low-income households. It aims to empower them to dream of a future where they are not limited by family circumstances.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as In-House Cleaners. This individual will be responsible in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a safe and pleasant environment to our scholars, visitors and staffs within our residential campus.

Maintaining Area Cleanliness
- Washing of common toilets, handicap toilets and shower area to maintain hygiene standards for residential and visitors use. Ensure all toilets cleaning supplies are adequately stocked.
- Vacuum all carpeted areas.
- Sweeping, dusting and mopping of building floor areas such as MPH, lift lobbies, corridors and staircases.
- Sweeping, mopping, dusting and wiping of all such as office, meeting rooms, dorm rooms, digital room, security office and laundry room to ensure cleanliness.
- Wiping of all lift panels and glass panels within the campus to ensure they are free of dirt and grime.
- Clearing of rubbish from the common rubbish bins and washing the bin centre surrounding area, rubbish bins and bin chambers.
- Sweeping the outdoor area such as carpark and multipurpose sports courts.
- Carry out monthly heavy cleaning tasks (pressure wash jet spray, clean refrigerators, microwaves, fans, etc.) and ad-hoc special projects.
- Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage.
- Water all plants within the campus.
Maintaining MPH, Kitchen and Pantry
- Assist in preparing drinks/snacks in meeting rooms. Ensure all utensils are washed and drinks/snacks are stocked well.
- Ensuring pantry areas and kitchen are clean and kitchenware and dinnerware are wash and properly kept.
- Ensure MPH is clean and free from any unwanted items.
- Wash all dishcloths for kitchen and pantry regularly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies/chemicals in kitchen and pantry rooms are well stocked.
- Assist to stocktake pantry items and report to Housemaster when stocks are low.
Administration and Operations
- Ensure that the campus is free from any dangerous/hazardous items.
- Monitor scholar's behaviours and correct them of any wrongdoings. Report any issues/wrongdoings to Housemaster if need be.
- Assist in teaching the scholars on the proper way of managing cleanliness.
- Assist in managing lost & found items.
- Informing any matters/feedbacks to the Housemaster when necessary.
- Report any damages/faults on equipment and facilities to Housemaster.
- Supporting any =Dreams events and other organisational activities
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Housemaster.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven working experience as a Cleaner.
- Possessed the necessary cleaning certifications.
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and/or operate machinery.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong team player.
